From the reviews
The therapists here are amazing and know how to facilitate health and wellness. They have multiple different modalities as well as cupping and gua sha. The CBD oil they offer is better than any I have tried before.
I have had massages over my life time (74 years) in the five different states I have lived. This place is by far the best I have experienced. The owner suggested I try as many of their different massage therapists (all female) as I could...to find the best fit for me. Great suggestion!
Best place in Vancouver for a real massage. Shelby is fantastic hiring the best practioners and she makes the most amazing working CBD salves I've ever tried, this stuff works, and I put this everywhere!!! I've attended a few one-time meditation/yoga combos, and these are my favorite.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
