From the reviews

Love this place! It’s so calming and soothing when you walk in, I’m able to fully relax. The pressure isn’t bad, I don’t leave hurting. I love that they don’t use elbows. Will definitely continue going there.

I am suffering from a shoulder impingement and needed some massage to supplement the PT I'm getting. My usual therapist was booked out for 3 weeks, so I needed to find something quick. I saw Breathe massage, which is near me, and I decided to give it a try. I'm happy I did. Check-in was quick and easy.

A hidden gem. I have visited over 10 massage facilities around the area over the last 20 years and this place provided me the best massage I’ve ever experienced. I did a 2 hour deep tissue massage and the technique was perfect. I feel 20 years younger afterwards.

Wow! Jenny was FANTASTIC! This little massage studio is a hidden gem. My 90 minute massage was amazing from beginning to end. I asked Jenny for a firm to deep pressure massage, and that’s what she delivered. It was relaxing and therapeutic, and included hot towels and hot stones.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
