From the reviews
I had fractured my left hip and had hip surgery. After several weeks of therapy, insurance dropped me. A friend told me about Bratton Physical Therapy. I have been coming about two months and I see marked improvement and virtually no pain.
I am presently getting therapy for a rotator cuff surgery at Bratton physical therapy. It was highly recommended to me and I understand why. Having gone through Ochsner therapy for my previous shoulder, I can truly say there is no comparison. Bratton feels almost like family.
I had hip surgery on December 11,2024. I had home health for 2 weeks. I then had to start physical therapy. So I chose Bratton Physical Therapy because me and my wife had went there once before. I chose them again because of the professional service that I had before.
Bratton Physical Therapy has helped me so much. I was in so much pain in my back and my hip that I could not function in my daily home and work life. Jena was able to pinpoint the root causes of my pain and develop a care plan to improve my condition. I cannot believe how much better I feel.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
