From the reviews

Rachel was amazing! She not only gave me an incredible massage, focusing on my problem areas, but created such a calming and welcoming environment. She integrated cupping, active release, heating and more to create an overall delightful experience and the best deep tissue massage I’ve had!

My first time trying cupping therapy and it was truly lovely. Rachel creates a relaxing, safe environment, and the whole body massage targeted my trapped stress and anxiety wonderfully. Highly recommend for anyone seeking genuine relief and rejuvenation!

★★★★★ — Berit, May 2024

Rachel was fantastic! She hit all the right trigger points and the foot and hand/arm massage was amazing. She used just the right pressure to help work on my problems areas combined with relaxation that truly allows my body to let go of all the tension it holds.

★★★★★ — A, Nov 2022

So much different than a massage in a salon. A true whole body approach. Easy to schedule online or in person, great communication with appointment reminders and directions. Rachel asks questions and reviews medical history.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
