Bonnie is a massage therapist like no other. I work part time at a massage therapy clinic and have had at least 20 different therapists in the past 5 years, all of whom have been good and some great. But none like Bonnie.
Bonnie is amazing at what she does. I have been dealing with post Covid 19 issues for several months now. Doctors manage the symptoms with medication, but I have really had no true feeling of relief. I still must go through my workday with a lot of discomfort which is extremely discouraging to say the least.
I went to get a swedish massage with Bonnie and will never go to anyone else!! You can just tell she is such an amazing person at heart and she creates such a welcoming environment!! Will definitely be recommending to others!! Thank you Bonnie!!! ❤️❤️

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
