From the reviews

I had an amazing two-hour massage with Adrianna. She truly went above and beyond during the entire session. She took the time to really focus on all of my tension areas and worked hard to loosen the knots and tight spots I’ve been struggling with.

Walking in feels like home and no matter what service you are there for you are greeted with a warm hand towel before you are taken to any of there serene rooms. I have enjoyed new treatments and felt comfortable to ask questions and was given my voice in what has been very effective.

I forgot to post this review when we had a couples massage a few month ago for our anniversary. Btw - it was fantastic!!! They added some blue ice gel to my lower back as it was sore. We had a great experience. I believe I had Danielle and she was great. Highly recommend for couple massages!!! Will visit again.

I’ve had many massages over the years, and I can confidently say Tony at Body Sense Day Spa is the absolute best. I booked a trigger point massage and was a little hesitant at first since I had never gone to a male massage therapist—but any hesitation disappeared immediately.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
