From the reviews

After some reajustes of our scheduled time, my husband and I had an amazing time during our couples massage. The place has a great vibration with 528hz music, healing your mind and body. I am pregnant and desperate for a massage to help lose some accumulated liquids. I had a blessed time with David.

One of the best spas I ever visited. Each massage therapist has been wonderful. I am partial to Jennette who has "magical hands" which hands hone in on the achy parts of my body and fixes what needs to be fixed. I just booked a double session with her and cannot wait to go there in 10 days!!

★★★★★ — Diane, Aug 2020

All staff members were the epitome of professional. Paul was my masseur and he applied the perfect level of pressure. Paul even advised me of a stretch I could do to help relieve tension in my shoulders.

★★★★★ — William, Feb 2020

I just had my first ever massage and it was fantastic! I can now see what I have been missing all these years:). My masseuse was Jeannette and I highly recommend her services. The room was warm and dimly lit and the essential oils that were used were a delight.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
