From the reviews

I’ve been seeing Zach Cole at the new Glens Falls location for my labrum hip tears. He’s extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. I feel incredibly comfortable working with him. Every week, I’m greeted by Mary at the front desk. She’s lovely to see and very personable.

I had been dealing with wrist pain due to an auto accident for almost a year, been to another facility for treatment and they made me feel like they were just trying to push me out the door and move to the next patient.

★★★★★ — Jeff, Mar 2026

As I’m writing this PT update to our family and friends it occurs to me that I should also take the opportunity to share on MVPT’s site as inspiration to those that are out there looking for “the best” in PT therapy”! (update below)….. “My appointment today with my therapist Zach went very well!

★★★★★ — Fred, Mar 2025

Dr. Zach Cole has been my PT for the past 6 years at different locations. This new location is perfect for him and the team, it is very open, there is room for multiple patients to exercise and rehab freely all at once.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
