Jordan is honestly the best physical therapist in LA. He has been the only doctor that has cured my back and neck stiffness and offers excellent cupping.
Dr. Jordan fixed my neck and back pain a few months ago. Now i just go for sports recovery and cryo chamber for maintenance which has been so amazing. Theyre the best ive ever been to.

This is an incredible business. Dr. Jordan has assembled an awesome staff. Everyone from the front desk to every physical therapist is extremely supportive and friendly. And they are very professional and know what they’re doing. I’ve already experienced more mobility and much less pain in my knee in just four weeks.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
