I had an amazing experience with my massage therapist Lupe. From the moment I walked in, She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I could hardly move and she really listened to my concerns and focused on the areas that needed the most attention.
This was my second time seeing Lupe and my gosh I’m still on cloud 9 lol She’s great with communication during the massage regarding the amount of pressure you’d prefer and which area to focus on. This is so appreciated, because I’m someone who’s shy and would just go with it. The atmosphere is cozy and so relaxing.

I received a relaxing deep tissue massage and it was everything. The place is clean, inviting, and a calming environment. Lupe is intentional, listens, and created a plan for during and after care. Each hand placement/stroke is intentional.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
