Awesome doc! She will work with you to help find solutions. My migraines have greatly improved with her help! I feel like I got days of my life back due to her cupping treatments!

Incredible Chiropractor who does Acupuncture, cupping and more. She found the root cause of my pain. She even refers to MD’s when necessary.

★★★★★ — Geraldine, Feb 2025

I have had a very positive experience with Body & Soul healthcare. Before visiting, I was reluctant to seek help from a chiropractor, but after many failed medical visits to my primary care doctor to help with back and neck pain, I resorted to Body & Soul Health Care at the recommendation of a friend.

★★★★★ — Aida, Jul 2012

The best Doc on the planet. Exceptional care, very compassionate and talented! The therapists go above and beyond. A true healer. She helped my body heal itself. My cervical vertebra was laterally flexed and she corrected it. I work long days doing heavy labor. I am grateful for the community of support.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
