From the reviews
I have been receiving acupuncture treatments from Jesse weekly to treat my chronic headaches and migraines. Since starting I have not had a migraine and my daily headaches are mostly gone. I feel so well taken care of and listened to by both Jesse and Steven. You can tell that they have a passion for helping people.
I never got the chance to stop in to tell you but I will forever recommend Katie and her work. With my first child I had a cesarean delivery and I really wanted to try for a vbac after that with my second without any induction or anything to aide in pushing my body without my body being ready.
I have been going to Katie for close to a year. She is absolutely amazing! I have had psoriasis since I was 12 years old, and it has flared up and gone away for the last 18 years. When i came to Katie, I had a flare up that was 10x worse than I had ever had and it had not gone away for months.
I started seeing Katie because my baby was breech and I was hopeful that baby would flip on her own and I could have a natural birth. After a few visits with Katie, my baby flipped on her own within a week! I was so suprised it worked!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
