Today was the first day Bless Spa opened in Wylie, TX, and I couldn’t be happier to try it out! The spa is clean, relaxing, and beautifully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. I experienced their head therapy, and it was absolutely amazing — calming, refreshing, and so soothing.
I did a one-hour head spa today and it was super relaxing. They washed my hair and massaged my head. My hair came out really soft and smooth. They also gave me a face mask and massage on my hands, neck, and legs, which felt amazing. The steam part was really nice too. Overall, such a relaxing experience!
So relaxing and really what i needed. No complaints and I would 100% do it again. It was so nice that I even fell asleep! Amazing.
I have been here twice. Both were excellent experiences. The massage was the firmness I requested and was concentrated on area with knots and tension. They were exceptionally professional and provided a very relaxing and therapeutic experience. Prices were slightly higher than similar places, but worth it.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
