I have been going to Better Life Chiropractic for 6 years now. I have nothing but love and appreciation for the entirety of the clinic. I've been through 6 different chiropractors, all of which haven't worked for me. That is until I met Dr. Tory Naugle.
I was in a very serious car accident in 1980. It did a lot of damage to my neck and upper back. Since then, I have seen dozens of chiropractors, four different states. By the most part, they have all been great practitioners. The best by far has been better life. Chiropractic and His staff.
Dr. Naugle & Dr. Cheney are fantastic! They take the time to listen to your issues & explain their plan for treatment. I have had several reasons to visit the clinic over the last 15 years and have always been happy with the overall outcome from the visits.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
