From the reviews

VERY SATISFIED PATIENT I had a disturbing neuropathy condition in my left foot - swollen, red, pain, and uncomfortable. Stephanie suggested acupuncture with massaging. After two sessions, a favorable improvement was noted.

★★★★★ — Ed, Feb 2022

I have 3 bulging discs and annular tears when I started seeing Stephanie at Roseburg acupuncture I was in so much pain and dropping weight at a dangerous rate and having sleepless nights because of the pain. With in the first month I was sleeping and able to gain 5 lbs back.

★★★★★ — Alisha, Feb 2025

Stephanie is absolutely amazing! She is so kind, empathetic and gentle. She made me feel so comfortable and helped ease my fear of needles. I also had my first full nights sleep, I literally can’t remember the last time I slept all through the night without getting up.

★★★★★ — Jen, May 2022

Highly recommend. It is clear that Stephanie is passionate about her clients and acupuncture. She REALLY listens to people. Throughout the session, she checked in with me to see how I was doing. But the most telling is that she asked me if I preferred music playing or silence.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
