I have had many massages but have found nothing compared to the services that Rodney provides. He does such a wonderful job with giving just the right amount of pressure and getting out those knots. He can find all the spots that need extra work on too and does a great job making me feel back to new after leaving.
Absolutely love and adore this place!! Everyone is so nice! I feel super comfortable when I walk in to when I leave. My fiancé and I go here as much as we can to loosen up and help support them. My fiancé has his favorites but I love Rodney and Melissa. They are definitely my personal favorites.

Rodney at Best Escape is a win all around. The online booking is very easy and prompt, and he also uses Square to do the card transactions once the massage is done, which easily allows you to add a tip with a single click as well. The space is very nice - small, simple, and very conducive to relaxation.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
