From the reviews
Gretchen has opened by eyes to holistic medicine and what it can do for your body. It’s truly amazing to see the services she provides reflect so deeply in how my body feels.
Goodness where do I even start?! What a beautiful soul with an amazing gift! Gretchen is kind, compassionate, intuitive, knowledgeable, and gentle. I discovered Rosaluna Wellness while searching for an alternative way to treat anxiety.
Gretchen is truly a healer in every aspect. I initially booked my appointment with her due to my history with endometriosis and digestive issues but what I have gotten out of my appointments is so much more. Her Maya Abdominal Massages are magnificent and I leave every appointment feeling amazing.
I often like to say, Gretchen has magical hands with a beaming soul, filled with all types of healing. Gretchen has an ease to her like no other. She started working with me about a year ago and I can honestly say the magic that she has brought to me between the healing the wellness the guidance, the love.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
