From the reviews

By far the most knowledgeable! Andrea knows her stuff and will take the time to listen. She is wonderful with teens too. My 15 year old recovering from an acl tear has been seeing her and getting great results.

I woke up one recent morning to find half my face dropping. So I went to the emergency room, not knowing if I was having a stroke or what. It ended up being Bell's Palsy. I was given corticosteroids and anti viral medication and basically told to go home, rest, and wait for it to heal..

AWESOME! Omg I was in town and brought two friends to help me load up the contents of my storage unit and drive it back to my new home state. I wasn't well when we left but so much money I had invested and I couldn't back out.

★★★★★ — Karicat, Jun 2025

I have been going to Andrea for quiet some time and she is so well read and informed. From joint pain to menstrual issues to balance, hearing and nutrition she can speak to it all. Her knowledge can be backed up with articles and studies she has read.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
