Thank goodness for Be Well!! I am pregnant with twins and was searching for a good acupuncturist. I transferred to Full Circle and saw Be Well’s signs at my first appointment. I called later that day and Kendra was so kind to answer all of my questions.
Kendra is amazing and I can’t say enough good things about her. For years I struggled with horrendous back pain and hormonal issues and despite seeing chiropractors and hormonal doctors for years saw limited progress and didn’t know if I’d ever get back to feeling great again.
I had a wonderful experience with Kendra. She is professional, very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. You can tell that she care :) I came in for shoulder pain from working doing facials every day. She did cupping massage on my shoulder and acupuncture. It really made a difference.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
