What clients say about the cupping here
“Always thorough and professional.”
From the reviews
Kelcie is absolutely amazing at what she does! I've stayed with her since I discovered her when she was first getting started. I like the new location, and love that Kelcie was able to start her own business there!
Kelsey at Be Still Massage has been my masseuse for over 5 years and she is absolutely amazing! I always feel renewed after receiving a full body massage. She misses nothing and concentrates on any concern areas you may have. Always thorough and professional. 100% recommend!
Kelcie has a heart of gold and amazing hands to match. She's also a Leavenworth local so you're investing in someone who has been a part of the community for years and cares deeply about her clientele. She is truly a treasure, and you will not be disappointed.
Kelsie is now located at The Gatsby and so excited for her! You gotta go see her. She has been able to relieve the pain/ pressure in my shoulders and lower back from working at a computer all day!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
