From the reviews
Brandi was great and she has a wealth of knowledge about the human body. She did myofascial release on me and it was great. I highly recommend Brandi!!
Brandi is the best myofascial release therapist I've worked with in many years of physical therapy, especially for those who appreciate a massage therapist who can work on fully-clothed clients.
I had a myofascial release and I can not say enough how much I aprecaite what she does here. Amazing person doing amazing work. She did some work on both my shoulders and I feel so much better. I will definitely be a regular here.
Best massage I've ever had. Brandi focuses on the areas needed and applies her skills and knowledge to them. Painfully amazing. Not the typical rub down and a pat on the back. Thank you for being attentive to my physical health Brandi.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
