From the reviews

I've been going to Pam since she graduated from massage therapy school so I've seen (felt) her progress from being good at her job to exceptional, as in, I don't want anyone else massaging me. I don't even tell her where I'm tight & her skilled hands just find the areas & coax them to relax.

★★★★★ — Allison, Nov 2022

Pam is far and away one of the best massage therapists in the business. Her knowledge of the body and how to release knots, tension, and stress has saved me on multiple occasions! Our whole family has come to rely on Pam and her magic hands.

★★★★★ — Cali, Nov 2022

Pam is gifted in massage therapy. She is attentive, listens and is skilled in her program. Definitely recommend for deep tissue massage.

★★★★★ — Mayah, May 2025

I had a much needed 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was absolutely amazing!! I have a high stress job and am always tense. My neck, shoulders, well actually my whole body was extremely tense with balls of knots. Pam understood exactly what I needed, dug in, and relieved some major stress.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
