From the reviews

Absolutely amazing! Kim is the best! So relaxing. She also can add on many other options like cupping and red light therapy. Whatever you want/ she can do it: she has saved me! My neck was an absolute mess when I started with Kim! Sp grateful for her!!!

★★★★★ — Courtney, Nov 2022

Kim is the best! I've been to her many times, and she always helps me with my back and neck issues. I love that she can do cupping and that she has CDB products available to incorporate into her massages.

★★★★★ — Karen, Oct 2021

I had a really nice visit here and plan to return. I loved Kim's energy and skills and thoroughness. The little niceties like the warm towels on my feet made a lot of my senses happy! Her experience and professionalism were very evident too. Go visit!

★★★★★ — Dr., Oct 2021

I just had an amazing 90-minute massage from Kim. She has a wonderful way about her which makes it easy to relax and really let go. Her technique is slow and firm. She really knows how to get all the kinks out. I look forward to my next massage!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
