I had an amazing experience at Aurora's cryo-spa, this is my first time in cryotherapy and it definitely won't be my last. Roy helped me today and he was very opened in discussing the entire process. I feel extremely comfortable to ask any questions.

Aurora Cryo Spa goes far beyond service. The friendliness of the staff is far beyond excellent. I do suffer from pain and this has definitely helped. I'm happy with the prices, the service, and the massage therapist on duty. I've already come back and will continue to do so on a regular basis.
This place is great, clean and professional. The proprietor is super friendly and I would highly recommend this place if you've ever been curious about cryo therapy. It is the first cryotherapy spot in the San Gabriel Valley and I could not recommend it more.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
