From the reviews

Iv been coming to Auburn Total Health for quite a few years. The expanded services has been a game changer for me. The PEMF therapy is helping my achy joints and the Oxygen Therapy has too many benefits to mention.

★★★★★ — Brandy, Aug 2025

This was my first time experiencing hyperbaric oxygen therapy so I didn't completely know what to expect. I was THRILLED with the experience and the outcome of how I felt after the therapy. It was relaxing and rejuvenating! I appreciated the professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff at Auburn Total Health.

I love Auburn Total Health! Amy and Kim are so welcoming and supportive. I’ve been getting Colonics here for over 2 years now and would be lost without them. For anyone that suffers from chronic constipation or even occasional constipation, Colonics are amazing!

★★★★★ — B, Mar 2026

Auburn Total Health has been a total game-changer for me. Kim has helped me work through all the little (and not-so-little) aches and pains that come with riding horses, playing golf… and honestly, just waking up in the morning at this stage of life.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
