From the reviews
Taylor gives an awesome massage. She listens to what you want her to focus on & goes to work. You can tell her passion is helping people. Her flow from feet to head is amazing. & she has lots of tools in her toolkit. I had never had cupping done & it was amazing. I can not recommend Taylor enough!
I’m SO glad I finally scheduled a massage with Taylor! She truly has a gift. I was comfortable with her immediately - her touch is firm and steady AND smooth and gentle all at the same time - amazing! I felt like I got kinks worked out and felt completely relaxed at the same time - that’s a gifted touch!
I had my first massage with Taylor recently, she is very busy and I had been anxiously waiting for it. She is absolutely amazing, her room is calming and beautiful. Her massage technique is beyond what I can describe in words. The most beautiful flow.
Taylor has a true healing touch that she provides with such compassion and care. I’m always impressed with her depth of knowledge about the health of the human body. The lymphatic drainage work she did on me gave me great relief from my wrist injury!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
