Went in with upper back pain. John was very professional and knowledgeable, my back feels great now after months of hurting, and he took the time to tell me exactly what was causing that muscle to hurt and went into depth, along with stretches and things I should do around the house to keep it from getting sore again.
I workout with a fairly high volume and can get some nagging issues from time to time. John and Rebecca Hall have always corrected or mitigated any issue I brought to them. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime. Good people, friendly, and professional.
I drive 90 minutes one way to see them - that's how good they are. I had a pain in my back that several other therapists and chiropractors could not fix, and within 1 visit to Rebekah, it was corrected and never returned.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
