He unfroze my frozen shoulder! I tried 2 different physical therapist for months and nothing worked. Did cortizol injections and PT still nothing. Chiropractors didnt work. I was about to give up when someone recommend him. He fixed my shoulder and still fixed years later. Love him and highly recommend him.
This is a must for anyone experiencing any sort of chronic pain. In my case I was dealing with left rib pain and chronic back pain/spasms. I was in and out of doctors’ offices throughout the span of two years. In just two visits here I feel ten times better. Also very affordable and a great atmosphere!
Five stars definitely I really enjoyed his different approach to medicine and I already feel better and him and his wife are so delightful. They’re very very nice people and I am going to be returning next Saturday hopefully to be onto a better me in 2025.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
