MY FIRST TIME HERE!!! Lisa was/is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! Strong firm hands but also soft and gentle. At first I was skeptical…. I’ve always gone to ritzy places, but my massage therapist was incredible. It has been over a year since my last massage but I was delighted that she was so nice and really worked my muscles. Definitely will be back! Price was great too! And I made my appointment within 30 minutes of go!!
Experience was great. I was gifted the 2 hr massage package which I've never gotten a 2 hr massage so I had no idea what exactly it would all be but it was great. The stretching during the massage was one of my favorite parts. And they hydrate you right after. Definitely worth another visit.
I don't like that they charge extra to use your debit card. They almost force to tip. They ask and don't let you tip on your own. Lady spoke absolutely no English
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
