I had a wonderful experience with Mike, who provided me with a 90-minute classic spa package that included a 60-minute body massage and a 30-minute foot massage, all for just $100—a fantastic deal! I walked in without an appointment and was promptly taken to the back.
Jp did an amazing job. I haven't tried having a massage in several years due to a bad experience in the past but he made me feel at ease and really worked well on my trouble areas and checked with me frequently to make sure I was comfortable. I feel great!. It's very clean and a calm environment.
Let me start first by saying that I am a regular at this business, they are amazing and they consistently do a great job. Yesterday evening , I texted and asked if they had an appointment available and I would like a woman to do the massage. They texted me back and told me yes, and I came in.
Best massage I’ve had in a long time! Mike did an amazing job working out the knots in my neck and shoulders—I left feeling so much lighter and relaxed. They were also very accommodating when I decided to walk in without an appointment.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
