When i went to this place i couldn't raise my shoulder without pain..When a deep tissue massage did not alleviate the pain, she recommended Cupping...Never had it done before...i look like i have BIG measles!! and this was almost a week later! but WHAT a difference!! i was skeptical, but am now a believer...
The perfect place to go when you need to relax and get a great massage! The owner is wonderful and always accommodates me and works around my schedule. Lucy gives incredible massages and goes above and beyond to focus on high tension muscle areas that cause me pain otherwise.
Wonderful local place for a massage! Very clean and the masseuse wore a mask and face shield. They are taking all the necessary safety precautions. I left feeling so relaxed! Included hot stones, hot towels, neck wrap, and warm weighted beads in my deep tissue massage. Highly recommend, great prices too.
Brought my husband here for a couples massage for his first Father’s Day. Best decision. We didn’t want to get up after the massage was done. Staff was very nice and professional. The quality of the massage was above and beyond a hand and stone or massage envy. Will highly recommend! And will be returning.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
