Joan was amazing. I booked a 45-minute tech relief massage, and I didn't realize how much tension I had in my body until she released it all. (I have many years of built-up bad posture from sitting at a computer for work.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dania and received the most amazing massage. I arrived a little overwhelmed but when she greeted me at the door, all worry left my body and I was in peace from then on. This beautiful soul is so talented, thoughtful, loving and so very caring.
I had a terrific massage here on May 12, administered by courteous, and gentle Joan in a soothing, relaxed atmosphere. Every effort was made to ensure I was comfortable and receive the kind of massage I preferred. I definitely left there feeling renewed and far less tense from when I walked in.
Hands down the best!! Ever since I first started coming to this beautiful facility it has been nothing but positivity and bliss each time. Either Joan or Nicole have always helped me when I come for massages. They explain, find and recommend the best ways for me to best care for myself in-between our sessions together.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
