From the reviews

Cassie is by far one of the BEST massage therapist I've experienced in my life (and I get the fairly regularly due to chronic health conditions). She has such a warm, healing energy and addressed my theraputic needs with precise perfection. She's also great when us comes to cupping.

★★★★★ — Rebecca, Aug 2023

Booked my first appointment with Cassie for 2 hours deep tissue massage. I do not know where to start. Her new space is cute and she is also being very diligent for herself and her clients following COVID guidelines and keeping her space sanitized after every client.

★★★★★ — Cari, Jul 2020

It’s my privilege to add another five star review for Cassie. I would give ten stars if I could! I’ve been to a large number of massage therapists in my life, and there has only been one until now that I’d call “a healer” because of the magnitude of the positive impact they provided.

★★★★★ — Jon, May 2025

Cassie is hands-down the best massage therapist I’ve worked with. She’s incredibly intuitive and clearly listens - both to me and to my body. Every session feels a little different; she brings a thoughtful variety of techniques and tailors the experience to what’s going on that day.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
