From the reviews

Ahhh. Ashley is wonderful! I have scoliosis and therefore a LOT of tension in my back, shoulders, and neck. Ashley is great about listening to my needs, checking in on pressure, and avoiding an area in my back that I've told her doesn't respond well to massage. She remembers!

Ashley is amazing!! I’ve never had a massage therapist with such attention to detail- from the questions asked on the intake forms, to the thoughtful touches in her room, her incorporation of heated towels and cupping during the massage, and the proper amount of check in to ensure you’re comfortable throughout the…

Ashley was very attentive. She listened intently to all my concerns and needs. I've been in a lot of pain and she listened to what I had to say with empathy and kindness. I felt comfortable and safe while we set up goals together. She did an amazing job working on my pain areas and I'm already feeling much better.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
