From the reviews

Brittany is an AMAZING massage therapist! If I could give more stars, I would! She has been my go to girl for close to 3 years. I have always had some pain in my neck and shoulders as well as down my arm into my fingers.

★★★★★ — Alisa, Sep 2025

Not only is Brittany experienced in massage therapy, but she is also very passionate about it. Her passion is seen in the quality of her work and drives her to deliver the best massage experience for each of her clients. Book an appointment with Brittany, you will not be disappointed!

Great deep tissue massage! I loved the stretching she incorporates with her massage, it really brings balance into the work she does. Brittany is kind, caring and just an enjoyable person to be around.

★★★★★ — Mackenzie, Oct 2025

I have utilized Brittany for both Therapeutic Massage, as well as for stress relief, for a few years now. I greatly appreciate her attentiveness and consideration when helping me address specific issues with my body, and how her knowledge and skills are based on empirical knowledge.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
