From the reviews

I’d seen 5 LMT’s over a period of 15 years before seeing Andrea, and she is the only one who was able to pinpoint and treat my persistent issues (mostly resulting from sitting in front of a computer all day) with myofascial release therapy. 10 out 10 recommend!

★★★★★ — Tarilyn, Apr 2025

Of all the different body practitioners I’ve been to, Andrea is by far the most gifted and intuitive, and she instinctively knows what my body needs on any given visit. I trust her implicitly. I go in knowing that I’m in good hands and that she’ll facilitate the healing process with exactly what is needed on that day.

★★★★★ — Jennifer, Jan 2019

Andrea Spencer is a master at her craft. I have been to many massage therapists over the years and will never see anyone else but her. She is intuitive and she is a healer.

★★★★★ — Abby, Aug 2018

Andrea is truly special. She’s not your average massage therapist—her work goes far beyond relaxation. Andrea is incredibly in tune with the body and approaches each session with the intention to heal. Don’t come expecting typical long, flowing, oil-heavy strokes.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
