Sondra and Bridget are two of the most excellent Massage Therapists I've ever experienced! They are both super sweet ladies, whose goal is your best level of well being. Aromatherapy, reflexology, cranio sacral, etc!
I had a very great visit with Akilah today, she was very kind and generous and very social. She helped me out with a lot of issues I had in certain muscle group and told me what I can work on in my weight lifting career with utmost detail. I would recommend this location to anyone.
It was so nice to find a great massage therapist. I hike a lot and am not an easy patient to work on. I felt so good after getting out of there!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
