From the reviews

Best massage I've ever had. Amy is incredibly gracious, skilled and seems to just have a very intuitive sense of what your body needs. I have fairly significant chronic pain due to an old injury and finding a really good massage therapist is a challenge. Amy definitely fit the bill. Absolutely wonderful.

Amy's deep tissue massage is the answer to my neck & shoulder issues.

★★★★★ — Rene, Oct 2021

No not five stars. Ten stars. Listen, I’ve had massages before where I ask for “deep tissue” and I’m like more pressure please. No, Stacey does not mess around. This was the first true deep tissue massage I have ever had. I’ve had a pinched nerve or something, and a numb finger for over a year.

★★★★★ — Andrea, Nov 2024

Had my first massage in probably 10 years because my mom had shoulder surgery and couldn’t make her appointment, so I was the lucky person who got to substitute. It was amazing. The deep tissue worked out what felt like a decade’s worth of knots and soreness.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
