“I would not hesitate to go to Alternative Healing for your chiropractic needs they are very professional.”
“I was very nervous coming in after my car accident, but she's so sweet and patient.”
From the reviews
Dr. Loudenbeck is AMAZING!!! I was very nervous coming in after my car accident, but she's so sweet and patient. Her massage therapists are fabulous as well. They know different, out of the ordinary techniques that are such a breath of fresh air from your typical western medicine.
I moved here 2.5 years ago and Dr. Loudenbeck has been amazing since my first visit. A few months prior to moving here I went through TMJ treatment and she has been the only chiropractor that has been able to keep my jaw in alignment and even better I have had severe lower back pain for 10+ years that is non existent…
Dr Loudenbeck is exceptional, innovative, and caring. She goes above and beyond to find the best care plan for her patients, and her amazing staff come together to make a truly healing environment.
Not only great chiropractor. Friendly staff. Message therapists, therapies for all kinds of health concerns including a Zerona laser for size reduction.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
