From the reviews
Dr Bingham is exceptional. I have looked for a doctor who will listen to me and take me seriously. He's truly interested in what I think about my health and my body, and what direction I want to go in my health care -- he is never dismissive, as so many doctors are to women. I appreciate Dr Bingham very much.
My appointment with Dr. Bingham, as usual was very professional and thoughtful. He is consistently knowledgeable and kind. I am grateful to have him as my physician. Kathy Leek
Each time I’ve been in I’ve been treated fairly and really enjoyed my experiences, though, I’ve only worked with one practitioner. Additionally, with the type of insurance, I have being OHP it’s generally hard to get service and that’s not been the case here. A+
Very welcoming and calming place. I've enjoyed my interactions with everyone from the front desk, assistants and Dr. Knight. I am very glad I found this place. I plan to also explore the acupuncture treatments, and establish a PCP.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
