From the reviews
I highly recommend Alinda! I had been suffering from a knee injury with tons of swelling. My first session with Alinda we measured the knee at 16 1/2 inches. Within five sessions with Alinda. My knee is now 13 1/2 inches. Alinda is extremely knowledgeable in her field.
Alinda takes the time to explain what she is doing. Listens to what your needs are. Does absolutely amazing work!!
Alinda truly does have healing hands! I highly recommend her services! 😍
Alinda is fabulous! She works with my boyfriend who has a traumatic brain injury and recently had surgery on his foot. We have been working with her a couple of weeks and have already seen a lot more mobility and reduction of swelling in his foot.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
