I can not say enough about how amazing my experience was with Lisa tonight. I have now seen her 2 times and I really can’t imagine seeing anyone else for my skin care needs. She is the best!!!
This was my first time ever getting a massage and I was nervous at first because I wasn’t sure how it was going to go but I must say this will be very far from my last visit. The place is really clean and organized and the staff was nice. I got my massage done by Brianna and she was absolutely amazing!
I got a Premier Salt Stone and added an oil head massage with Stanley. It was perfect. The environment was relaxing. Locker/changing space was clean, robes were cozy and sandals in your size. The bed was warm and the massage was one of the best I’ve had in a while. Can’t wait to come back.
Such a lovely experience! From the front desk, to the getting ready area, to Athena the esthetician. 10/10! My only note is that I feel like it’s so expensive. $160 is a lot for what you’re getting. Otherwise really great spa experience.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
