“If you're craving a massage that is both relaxing for the mind and actually therapeutic for the body, book an appt with Brittney.”
From the reviews
If you're craving a massage that is both relaxing for the mind and actually therapeutic for the body, book an appt with Brittney. Her hands are strong, intuitive, and anatomically precise. Her presence is calming and energetically neutral.
It’s hard to put into words just how incredible Brittney is at everything she does. She truly has a gift for helping people through her work. Once you’ve experienced her body work, you’ll be forever changed! I recommend her to everyone!
Amazing bodywork. Brittney is so intuitive and knows exactly where your body is needing attention. I felt incredible after my appointment and my pain that I had been experiencing for weeks was completely gone. I can’t wait to go back!
Brittney is the best. She is intuitive and seems to know what areas need attention without instruction. I Highly recommend her services 💪💪💪
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
