From the reviews

Natalie was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and explained how the cupping and acupuncture would help workout muscle tension and pain. Natalie was professional and very knowledgeable. Her space was inviting and comforting. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

★★★★★ — Amelia, Oct 2024

I experienced acupuncture a handful of times and found slight improvements. Natalie approaches things differently and explains Traditional Chinese Medicine in a way that I can understand. I tend towards insomnia and being up in the middle of the night.

★★★★★ — Krista, Mar 2025

Natalie has absolutely changed my life for the better. I thought I had exhausted all solutions for my PCOS/PMOS until a friend referred me to her. I can’t even begin to describe how much she has helped me.

★★★★★ — Rose, Jun 2026

My first acupuncture session was great. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly calming—soft lighting, soothing music, and a pleasant aroma immediately put me at ease. Natalie took time to ask about my specific concerns, listening carefully to my health history.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
