From the reviews

Dr. Mark and Dr. Alex have both been very helpful. Not only are they great people but they have helped prevent my migraines that never seemed to go away. I don’t have to worry about my headaches anymore!

★★★★★ — Dylan, Mar 2025

Dr. Alex has been an amazing part of keeping me healthy in my day to day life. My job can be physically demanding and with my disc degeneration it adds a layer of challenges to my comfort each day.

★★★★★ — Brad, Oct 2025

I’ve been seeing the care team at Advantage Chiropractic for several years for adjustments and have always had great care from them. Several months ago, I was experiencing significant pain in my left shoulder, along with a limited range of motion in my left arm. I mentioned it to Dr.

★★★★★ — Frank, Oct 2025

I have gone to Advantage Chiropractic for several years and have been around for the transition for the new owner, Dr. Alex. As with anything new you don't really know what inevitable changes you will like or not. I like what I am seeing and hearing! I really like and appreciate hearing Dr.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
