From the reviews
Christina was amazing, knowledgeable, engaged professional!! We did blading and cupping to relieve the tightness in my hamstrings, I left feeling renewed!!! Thank you
Love the benefits of Cryotherapy! It has helped with my hamstring recovery and my husband's back. Staff, Anna and Eli are super friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely would recommend it my friends!
My experience , well I started physical therapy around 3 months back , rescheduled a couple due to sickness. First few visits my knees were week and shaky.... Now stronger and more stable..👍....I learned if you leave your cell phone in the car , you get more into it and naturally more out of it.....
The Cryochamber is amazing and the other services offered to help with sport/overall recovery are excellent. Prices aren't bad at all. Will definitely be coming back here
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
