From the reviews
I’ve always been terrified of going to a chiropractor but my back discomfort was just too much to handle so I finally decided to suck it up and go. I was recommended to see Dr. Holt and he did a great job at easing my fear and was very welcoming.
Dr. Holt is amazing! He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped work on my ribs and knee after my car accident. He knew when I needed to be referred on, to get an MRI, which led to surgery for my knee. He doesn't just adjust, he does cupping, acupuncture, and gives stretches to help you through your week.
Dr. Holt is the best!! As a delivery driver and going to the gym 3-4 times a week. He has done an amazing job on my back, hips, and shoulders through dry needling and cupping. Definitely recommend Dr. Holt for your chiropractic needs!!
Casey does such great work. Any time I’m feeling tight or beat up I come get the works done and leave feeling so much better. The dry needling and cupping are so helpful and get me back to moving great
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
