From the reviews

HUGE shout out to my therapist, Mark Osunero. Following a car accident last Nov., I suffered many painful symptoms following severe concussion and whiplash from a collision that pushed me into a 180 spin by a big truck.

I had a session with Mark and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve had. He was incredibly attentive and made sure I left feeling better. He found the right pressure points without me even having to say much, and I left feeling relaxed and genuinely cared for.

VERY good experience. Mark O. is knowledgeable and educates you as well as providing several treatment techniques that have helped me get moving again. I truly was giving up hope and now I feel I can make the progress to do things I love again.

★★★★★ — Laci, May 2026

Mark and Kat are amazing. They listened and helped me with repetitive use pain. They gave me stuff to do at home to help with my pain pattern. It’s hard to find knowledge therapist for truly functional massage and they are 5 star!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
