From the reviews

It is amazing. I have sciatica issues. Not wanting surgery I decided to give acupuncture a try. I’m so thankful I did. I am not feeling no where near as much pain as I was feeling. Each treatment have me feeling more and more energized. I actually feel like my young self again. She is so sweet.

At first, I was nervous about doing acupuncture until John and Dr. Iana explain the procedure. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful to all their patients. Acupuncture has made a huge impact for me.

High quality care and attention. Relaxing spa like setting where Iana works the magic of acupuncture. I have fibromyalgia and cervical spine issues. Her treatments continue to make a huge improvement in my overall health. It truly has improved the quality of my life as a whole. I'm very thankful!!

Incredible. I decided to try acupuncture for a painful neck strain and migraines when physical therapy wasn’t helping. I’ll never go back to PT. John is so friendly and helpful, he made sure I knew what to expect and that I had everything I needed before my session. Iana is magic, I’m pretty sure of it.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
