From the reviews

Yuliya is amazing. I went to her with plantar fasciitis and she helped relieve the pain and also gave me tips for at home stretching, cupping etc and gentle reminders to be patient and listen to how my body is feeling instead of pushing through.

My mother in law slipped and broke her foot. It was still swollen and wasn’t healed after 3 months. The doctor said she needed a surgery to fix her foot. Luckily, I found acuSPOT acupuncture. Yuliya took her time to diagnose my mother in law. After a few treatments from AcuSPOT , her foot got so much better.

I had some issues with my back and hips. Yulia analyzed and pinpointed the source, she showed me which muscles were healthy, which were tight and needed to be worked on.

★★★★★ — Jack, Apr 2021

I've been seeing Yuliya for a few months now and already my life has changed for the better. Physically, my muscle tension is worlds better – but the most significant benefit I've noticed has been a deeper, stronger sense of self confidence and emotional resilience.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
